Concrete cores of 6" or 8", interior and exterior EPS foam layers from 1.5" to 2.5", depending on vendor. Interior treatment is normal drywall, exterior covering can be normal siding, brick veneer, or stucco (recommended).
Civil, Sanitary, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC Engineering by GES Tech Group, Inc. Lower Level for a walk out being fabricated.

Both ICF levels complete, ready for roof system
Interior Structural Details (unique steel roof system, concrete main floor spanning 30 ft)
